Congratulations to Nabil, the latest to complete his family’s sweat equity hours at Habitat Greater Boston’s current build in Malden!

Nabil recently wrapped up 300 hours of working alongside construction staff, volunteers, and his future neighbors helping to build five affordable townhomes. Nabil’s is the fourth of the five families to complete their sweat equity contribution, and the final family is closing in fast.

Construction is on track to wrap up in the coming months, clearing the way for the five families to become homeowners.
