About this project

The Malden II project includes five affordable homes and is next door to our Malden I project, which was completed in 2022. 

Habitat Greater Boston broke ground on Malden II in spring 2022, and construction is underway. 

The townhome units will each be three stories with a garage and storage space on the ground floor, living space and kitchen on the second floor, and bedrooms located on the third floor. These new homes will be built with energy saving features.
