About this project

The Malden II project includes five affordable homes and is next door to our Malden I project, which was completed in 2022.

Habitat Greater Boston broke ground on Malden II in spring 2022, and was completed in November 2025.

The townhome units each have three stories with a garage and storage space on the ground floor, living space and kitchen on the second floor, and bedrooms located on the third floor. These new homes are equipped with energy saving features.
