Apply for a 2 or 3 Bedroom Condo in Dorchester

We are now accepting applications for brand new condos at 350 Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester. These 2 and 3 bedroom condos will feature all new construction and appliances, off-street parking, and a central location that is walking distance from shops and schools. Once accepted into the program, each partner family will spend 300 hours building the condos, then buy them from Habitat at cost ($120,000 - $175,000) with a 0% interest mortgage.

We're Hiring!

Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston is looking for a Site Supervisor for our Needham site. Qualified applicants will have experience in wood frame construction and strong team leadership skills. Ideal candidates would be able to start in mid-July. Applications will be processed in the order they are received, so apply as soon as possible. More information here. Special Volunteer Opportunity, August 22-23

We need lots of help from volunteers on the weekend of August 22 and 23. Vendors at the Boston Home Show have agreed to donate all of their sample merchandise to Habitat. Help us take advantage of this $50,000 gift by helping us collect the merchandise from the vendors, pack and load the pallets, and get ready to move them into our warehouse.

This opportunity will take place at the Boston Convention Center on Saturday, August 22 from 3.30 PM to 10 PM, and on Sunday, August 23 from 7 am to 1 pm. All volunteers must be at least 18 years old.

Normally, all volunteers are required to have attended our volunteer orientation -- for this opportunity ONLY, that requirement is waived. So bring your friends, bring your neighbors, bring your soccer team.
