Ryan's Story:

I can't begin to express how excited I am about running the 2008 Boston Marathon. I am truly honored to represent Habitat for Humanity. Ten years ago I helped build homes in Mexico for this organization and hope that this experience will be just as rewarding and memorable.

I am originally from San Mateo, California. I attended the University of Hawaii where I played football from 1997-1999. After graduation, I coached at the College of San Mateo for five years as well as did graphics and web design on the side. I am currently a Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Banker and live in West Hollywood, California.

This is my first marathon. To date I have never run more than ten miles. I look forward to the challenge of running 26 miles and raising money for a great cause!
